Is Vegetarianism Right For You

The longer you had eaten animal meat the more used to it you are, and the more it may bother you to give it up. Well don’t despair! Just keep going and be patient and before you know it all your cravings will be gone. Go now and enjoy!

Advice for future vegetarian who has IBS, a soy allergy and suffers gas pains?
